Surviving the Holidays When You Are Grieving

Surviving the Holidays When You Are Grieving In-Person

Join therapists Gogi Hale, LPC-A, NCC and  Lynda Keen, LPC for a compassionate and practical talk on navigating the holiday season after loss. The holidays often stir up powerful emotions—grief, loneliness, guilt, and longing—that can make even joyful traditions feel heavy.

In this gentle, supportive lecture, we will offer tools for managing expectations, setting boundaries, honoring loved ones, and finding moments of peace and meaning amidst the pain. Whether you have a recent loss or it has been years old, this talk will help you approach the season with greater understanding and self-compassion. Anyone who wants to support another person going through grief is encouraged to attend.

Our hope is that you will leave with renewed permission to care for yourself and support others during one of the hardest times of the year.
