🕧 12:30–2:30 PM – Trick or Treat Fun!
Explore pumpkin painting, festive activities, a visit from North Hays EMS with an emergency vehicle, and meet the ponies from Red Arena!
Bring your imagination, your costume, and your love for stories—it’s going to be a spellbinding celebration for readers of all ages!
